How can I obtain a Mass Card?
  Stop at the Parish Office (Rectory) during office hours to obtain a Mass Card. If you prefer, you may mail in the $10 donation - with the name of the deceased, how you want the card signed, and where it should be mailed.
How do I register with the parish?
  You may stop at the Parish Office (Rectory) to register with the parish. It only takes a few minutes to complete a parish census card. Sacrament records are not needed.
How do I obtain a Baptism Certificate?
  Visit our Sacrament Web Site page and fill out the questionaire.

Call the parish office with the following information: Name at time of baptism, date of birth, day phone number, and an address where it should be mailed.
